So 48.25% of all Mentally Retarded kids in California aged 6-21 are Hispanic
30.35% of all MR kids in California aged 6-21 are White
12.27% of all MR kids in California " " are Black

This means if a kid is White and disabled in California he is more likely to be autistic than Mentally Retarded,
and if a kid is Asian and disabled in California he is more likely to be autistic than Mentally Retarded
and if a kid is Hispanic and disabled in California he is more likely to be Mentally Retarded than autistic.
If a kid is Black and disabled in California his is slightly more likely to be Mentally Retarded than autistic.

Depending on how one views autism and retardation, there is a case to be made for racial superiority.
If you think autism is a fate worse than death, than one wonders what's wrong with the genes of white and Asian people?

OK, one doesn't really wonder this. One thinks that this is another case of White kids getting access to better or different doctors giving better or different diagnoses.
